The Fed has taken a strong position to tamper their purchase of bonds and treasury notes and the effects of those comments are being felt immediately in the market.   Freddie Mac predicts conforming loan prices to increase another .25% before the end of 2021 with an increase of 1% in interest rates by the spring market.
